Does anyone have a child who is comfortable on a booster seat in a Vectra?

I'm dreading putting ds2 back in his booster tomorrow, as the seats are kind-of-scooped, and it puts his legs in the wrong position, and he's just uncomfortable.

Anyone know where I can buy a rack to put him on each night ... we only need a few extra cm!

I am reporting you to social services right away if this continues, missus!

LOL

It is a bit of a pain isn't it.

We have a Citroen Xantia estate and have had to shuffle the 3 kids about as when Dd1 who was sat in the middle sat on her booster she got neck ache because there is no headrest in the middle.

Now Ds is in the middle as his seat as it's own headrest, but it is a pain in the ass trying to get him strapped in now.

Dh actually forgot to put his booster back in today, and picked them up from school

He will have to go back in it, but I'm not looking forward to doing long journeys with him.

Ha! Ds2 (7) was happy as Larry in his booster. He could clearly see better and counted cars all the way over to my mum's on Tuesday (2346!), and on the way back he was so comfy he actually slept most of the way in the car, which he hasn't done for years!
