I purchasing an item a while ago, which once recieved was incomplete and stank of i dont know what!! it was absolutly fousty smelling but i didnt want to be personal so this wasnt mentioned! however now im bitter it had to be said . It was agreed under mutual agreement that i would get a full refund, the item has been recieved by them but still no refund there are 'computer probs etc' - although email and relisting is obviously working!!.

What can i do if i log this now as a dispute will this still take ages or can i go straight for a claim?

Feel so silly

apparently to claim you have to have spent £25 according to a friend of mine who had a prob with goods not delivered, how did u pay? if u paid via paypal i'd be tempted to claim via that and leave neg feedback.

my mate got the sellers details incl phone no from ebayt with her claim so might be worth dropping them an email.

have you launched the dispute consul?? If you paid by paypal, claim through them.

If the item was under £50 you aren't going to get your money back through the dispute consul on ebay unless the seller gives you a refund willingly.

Paid via a combination of paypal balance(£20)and credit card, so dont know whether to cut my losses on the £20 and the money to post it back and just get the credit card to get the money back.

They are now saying that the item was not complete..when they recieved it they appear to have a problem with he level of info they can hold in their heads as that one of the reasons i had a problem with it!!

I am starting to worry about them .. i really am i getting increasingly insenced by their incompetence.!

I would go for claiming it back on your credit card to be honest,if the seller has cleared out their paypal account you will find it difficult to get your money returned.Have watched exp new girlfriend at this game for a long time now through ebay

It is under dispute now lucky me! I could do with the money back so hoping all goes through quickly (doubtful i know) if not will just get the card amount back and they can fight it with paypal.. im at my wits end with it all...the morons..
