RESULT!!!!!!!

In April last year I bought a pair of shoes form Whistles for 120 pounds. I wore them 5 times. The corsage on the shoe fell off!!

I sent them back and they are refunding me the FULL amount!!

Would prefer the shoes tbh, but how is that for customer services!!!!
