Birth Ball - Where to get one ?

I am trying to order a birth ball via the internet but not sure where is the best place to get one from.
Should I definitely go for a birth ball as aposed to a swiss ball ? Is there a difference ?

I got an exercise ball from Argos for about £3.99, used it as a birthing ball, worked fine and cheap too.

argos - reebok exercise ball, £7. FABULOUS

PS. don't pay for the "birthing ball" - it's about 5 times the prices of the argos one and absolutely the same.

Oh good, the one I was just looking at was £26 and that was without including a pump !
I will just order a normal excercise ball then, was worried it might need reinforcing to hold me weight

and for the £7 it came with a pump?

If you are anywhere near Herts you can have mine...just taking space-needs a good home.

I had the Argos Reebok one and had no complaints. Wanted the £3.99 one but it was out of stock so had to fork out £7! the ones they had at the hospital were 'proper' birthing ones so were thicker, but the antenatal physio told us that the gym ones were fine for general use. I don't think it came with a pump - DH just used a footpump we have for the car tyres as it had an adaptor.

Asda also has them cheap!
Only thing with the Gymballs is, that you have to make sure you get a big one...Birthingballs come in 2 sizes, depending on your size...so, find out what size you need before choosing a Ball!
