asos have always been good when I have ordered from them...Is there a contact number for them or do you have to email, sorry I can't remember..

Have they got your address right..? What did they do about the other 2 items have have gone astray>? I presume you have had them reissued or refunded. TBH if you can prove that it was not you who signed for them then they don't have a leg to stand on iykwim..BTW they haven't been signed for by a neighbour who hasn't had chance to pass them onto you.?
