school shoes uncomfortable

ds1 has worn his new school shoes for three days and the skin is all rubbed of his toes andhe says they are uncomfortable.
they are clarks ones from john lewis.do you reckon i can take them back? have got the receipt.

Always take them back especially if they have actually been fitted by someone in a shop such as Clarks.
I never go to clarks as I have had this too many times. Luckily we have found a good shoe shop near us and go there or we use Marks and Spencers.

Yes you can if you take them back becuase they are rubbing they should swap or refund as it's their mistake, they are supposed to make sure the shoes fit properly and are comfy.

great! thought it would be ok but wanted reassurance.ok that's a job for today-dreading it as he's a nightmare to buy shoes for anyway as feet are so narrow. c fitting.
