FREEDOM pouch baby carrier

Just wondering if anyone knows how to use these?

I bought one and can't work out how it supposed to work (sounds stupid i know).

My ds is 5 weeks and not a little baby (born @ 38 weeks 9lb 6oz)but i just don't get this sling, he seems lost in it, it seems to be too deep iykwim, has anyone else got one of these?

What am i doing wrong?
