Looking for a tandem buggy with rear facing back seat

Desperatly want to be able to look into my new babies eyes, but also need buggy to be tandem and not twin as my 13month old is very big and does not fit into most side by side buggies now let alone when the new baby comes and he is 18months with a winter jacket on!!

Think you 'd have to have a travel system type one - like a Graco or Jane Powertwin - and use the car seat for the baby on the pram.
