OK, I've seen a quilt/bedspread I like for DD1's cotbed, but it's 140 X 220cm - is that going to be too big?

Haven't got the cotbed yet - borrowing it from SIL

Is 140 X 220cm single bed size? If so it'd be good if we could fold the quilt somehow so that it fits the cotbed, and then still use it when she gets a full-size bed, as it's a bit expensive

Too big to fold over? Suppose cotbeds are low, too, so it'd prob trail on the floor badly ...
