Phoenix tandem pushchair from Mothercare - better than the E3?

Just went to MothercareWorld in Croydon and they had Phoenix tandem pushcahir in charcoal/ green for £130 which actually seems quite good and loads cheaper than the E3 P & T's. Does anyone have any views on the two? Thanks
