help! I need a pushchair that will stand the weight of my 4 year old 17kg son - does anything exist? I'd like something I can use for ds2 who is 13kg but that ds1 can also go on without breaking into little bits. Both kids are only slim so it's not the width that matters. We've got a maclaren that's buckling under the strain. ds1 is often poorly and can't walk far or stand on buggy board so I thought I might get ds2 to go on a buggy board or do more walking instead and let ds1 monopolise the pushchair.
I'm really desperate as now pregnant and can't be carrying ds1 far for much longer but it doesn't look like my pushchairs are going to last the distance either

Phil and Ted's E3 would be a good bet I think. Can't remember the weight limit but it is a lot higher than that of normal prams.

brilliant! I didn't think I would find anything so I am well pleased I've just been checking it out and weight can go up to 25kg and age 5 so that's fab. Now I better start saving!
any other suggestions?

stupid time to bump, I know, but I don't know if we can afford to buy a p&t. Does anyone know if the other 3 wheelers have similar weight limits eg quinny. I'm not totally lazy and have tried googling but not had any luck yet.

I think Mountain Buggies are pretty sturdy, it says they take up to 35kg on the website.
