buggy raincovers

when should you replace bugy raincovers and can you repair them just mine does let in bit water and has a sort of smell to it have they all its been out side tho abit

I think you can wash them with fairy liquid to get rid of the smell, but not sure if you can mend them. I once glued mine up with superglue, but it melted the plastic and made a worse mess than before. You can probably get a cheapo replacement on ebay or something or like that.
