Bugaboo Bee - Faulty

Hi

I've had my bugaboo bee for 9 months & today the lever got jammed which means I can't fold it, move position of back etc ... so basically it's fucked.

I bought it in John Lewis. Do I contact them & they will advise me what to do? Really pissed off!!!!!!!! ConfusedConfusedConfused
