got mine a book of kids coupons last year. 'stay up late' 'choose dinner'; etc - still having fun with them now

MamaG · 05/09/2006 15:12

ooh I'm getting the dangerous books for boys for DH too

I'm sure it'll be passed down to DS in about 10 years time

Marina · 05/09/2006 15:14

First Texere and now this - have just bought the cutest Krusty Krab set thanks to you. Utterly fabulous. Ds will love it but has not made any films yet

tamum · 05/09/2006 15:41

Mwah hah hah Glad to be of service, to ds if not to you!

marthamoo · 05/09/2006 15:47

Spongebob Lego? Where? Where?

marthamoo · 05/09/2006 15:48

Ebay here I come...

JackieNo · 05/09/2006 15:49

coderoo - is there a coded message in your thread title? Why is only 'TTC' in upper case?

tamum · 05/09/2006 15:50

marthamoo I got the Bikini Bottom set. Mark my words, it will be double the price by Christmas unless they release it over here...

Marina · 05/09/2006 15:52

I was just wondering how come he met the Goodies - Festival time of course. Ecky Thump!
What have you started tamum

marthamoo · 05/09/2006 15:52

I like that Bikini Bottom set - it's ds2's birthday in December, he loves Spongebob. He's only 5 and it says 7-12 but he plays with Star Wars Lego all the time...I feel a purchase coming on

No. Sorry. Goodies still pants.

tamum · 05/09/2006 15:53

Yes, we saw the show and then managed to see them outside and he gave them a CD of his Lego Goodies movie (are you detecting a theme here?). It was lovely- they were so nice to him. Festival is now over and we are back to dreich days....

tamum · 05/09/2006 15:54

marthamoo and

tamum · 05/09/2006 15:55

(that was a joke by the way- just read it back and it looked as though I meant it...)

marthamoo · 05/09/2006 15:57

Nah, I knew you didn't. You can't help having atrocious taste in comedy heroes.

Did you know ds2 started school today? It was all very emotional (me, not him!)

tamum · 05/09/2006 16:02

Oh no, I didn't- how did it go? They've been back for weeks here so I am out of the loop. Hope he had a lovely time and that you aren't too traumatised

marthamoo · 05/09/2006 16:04

He was absolutely fine - only half days this week. I felt a bit lost though, end of an era type stuff. Funnily enough, ds1 was the most emotional this morning (mixture of not wanting to go back himself and worrying about his little brother, bless him).

cheeryface · 05/09/2006 16:17

where doi get a book of kids coupons from then?

tamum · 05/09/2006 16:30

Oh, how sweet about ds1. I know what you mean about end of an era- just think of me in tears back in June as ds left primary school and I walked him home for the very lasy time

Cheeryface, I think you just make up your own

tamum · 05/09/2006 16:31

I must preview- last time, not lasy time.

Earlybird · 05/09/2006 21:08

Anyone got any ideas for girls? Or do we need our own thread?

DD always loves odd bits from Ryman's or office supply shops.

MrsApronstrings · 05/09/2006 22:03

Kids Coupons - cheery face I bought a book of them last year - just tried to google them and can only find free printable ones now. Funnily enough dd wanted to present one to get eggy bread for dinner tonight - so I knoe the books are upstairs. if you are interested I will find out who makes them

Twiglett · 05/09/2006 22:08

NO ITS SEPTEMBER COME BACK 1ST DECEMBER

Marina · 06/09/2006 10:12

Yes please MrsApronstrings, I liked the idea of those too, or I might make a set of my own...

MrsApronstrings · 06/09/2006 13:02
