How do you fold P&T's E3?

And keep it shut? I don't want to pay 40 quid for a special bag, but can't see how to make it stay shut when folded by itself.

you tie it shut with the wrist strap...once folded pass the strap through the front wheel then tie it (or there may be a popper you can use) on to the handlebar.
