We did well this year as DD (now 23 months) still plays wit the majority of her pressies. Trouble is it is her birthday next week - so none to get rid of it, but more to come!!!

Let's think of the 'favourite'????

Maybe the Happy Land stuff - she got the farm, the house and the hospital. Probably the farm is favourite from them.

Hvae loads of others though!

Hulababy · 26/03/2004 08:33

Oh god no - just realised - it has to be Baby Annabel. Seems like we have had her so long, forgot she was a Christmas pressie. Yes, definitely Annabel - DD goes nowhere without her, and she sleeps with her arms wrapped round it too

roisin · 26/03/2004 08:44

Lego Bionicles ... definitely.

The boys are 4 and 6, and can't get enough of them. They take them all apart, then make fantastical creations with all the bits, then take them all apart and re-make the original models. Then play make-believe games with them, ...

They will be getting Bionicles from us and relatives instead of Easter eggs. (Their choice!)

Debbiethemum · 26/03/2004 09:01

Makes sense as I work in IT, DH is graphic designer so DS could have gone either way

twiglett · 26/03/2004 09:04

popsycal · 26/03/2004 09:13

ooh a tricky one
It is between his fisher price garage or his wooden puzzles.....
Hmmmm - which one.....?

Janstar · 26/03/2004 09:16

Set of 50 matchbox sized cars. Or mobile death traps that blend into the carpet.

marialuisa · 26/03/2004 09:53

Still playing with the puppet theatre, post office (have had to get refill stickers0 and reading the books.

Hideous Care bear Castle has been relegated to the Play House (aka overflow storage) as expected, which is why I got my dad to buy it. She was ecstatic for at least 2 weeks and i don't care that she doesn't ask for it to be brought in.

She's has a b'day since as wel...

Janh · 26/03/2004 09:59

Oh, coddy, that made me smile - when DS2 was still playing with bionicles (before he gave up all playing in favour of obsessing about football) I looked out of the window one day and noticed the small tree in the front garden was crawling with them!

littlerach · 26/03/2004 10:03

Baby Born doll.
Played with constantly, it was DD's bday last wk, and she received lots of accessories to go with it, so it is always carried around, even in the car!!

monkeygirl · 26/03/2004 10:14

The nesting baskets I bought to keep all her new toys in - the toys just get dumped on the floor.

kiwisbird · 26/03/2004 10:16

neuromsith music cube... for the 17 mths old
for the 10 yr old - the whoopee cushion and fart tablets... he may enjoy them we're getting VERY tired of them!

WideWebWitch · 26/03/2004 10:18

Do you not all find that the bits get lost from bionicles and then they're useless? I've thrown out several on the basis that you can't make it with stuff missing

Rebi · 26/03/2004 10:20

Oh dear, I am worried about myself! When I saw this thread thought it was going to be about "have you started to think about next Christmas?"...... because I have....

New Letterbox catalogue came in the post the other day and I was looking through it at the stocking fillers and considering starting to stock up

Is this a record? Am I too sad for words? On second thoughts don't answer that!

btw I bought all my wrapping paper and cards for next year in M&S sales in January.
