Sick Smell in my Car:((

Hi there,
Please help find a way of getting the smell of vomit out of my car
I am thinking steam cleaning as I would like the seats made out of fabric to be thoroughly cleaned and not mask the smell with febreeze or the like.

I'd use bicarb to fully get rid of the smell before steaming as otherwise you'll just "cook" it and set the smell.

Bicarbonate of soda will help and it's cheap. I've sprinkled it on carpets, rubbed in with a damp cloth and let it dry. Then vacuum. ?
