Tiny Waist and Long Legs!

Please help as I'm sure I'm not the only parent of a boy with a really skinny waist and long legs!!! Where can I buy school trousers, anyone know?

His waist is age 3/4 but he needs age 7/8 tousers trousers for their length! It's so frustrating as I've tried loads of different shops - even the adjustable waisted trousers (in extra long) from Adams don't reduce enough!!!

I tried that but there's so much material to gather in and Harry ends up looking like a sack of spuds at the end of school! He's not too good at going the loo and undoing and re-doing the belt you see!
