I won't bore you with the whole stroy but Easyjet's Handling agent, First FLight, have offered to replace my damaged buggy which is a multi postion reclining, swivel wheel Mamas and Papas but they only provide Maclaren. I've never had Maclaren products before and I'd just like some advice before I accept. Are they similar quality does anyone know?

I would take a Maclaren over anything. I have been so happy with their buggies over the years (& I've gone through quite a few different brands over the years!) and you might just find you're making a step up in some ways. I would accept it, personally.

thanks guys. I guess I'll have to wait and see which model they're going to offer me befroe I make my choice because of course I assume that my Mams and Papas rain cover and sun canopy wont fit huh??

No, they won't fit. Are they going to give you a new one, by the way? If so, the raincover comes automatically with most Maclarens. (But not a sun canope. . .though I always found the hood sufficient.)

I agree you should make sure you're going to get something fairly top of the line, like the techno. The daytripper or the one-position ones won't serve your purpose.

the mamas and papas universal canopy fits the techno - we used it last summer
