a quick google seems to indicate it is possible but isn't easy - several reviwers on both Ciao and MN said the Micralite's worst point was folding it with the footmuff on.

hi i just emailed micralite and they siad to zip off the top of the footmuff first this seems a bit stupid as you don;t want to be messing around before you get on the bus but at least it's possible!!

hmm. perhaps a buggy fleece would be less bulky than the Micralite own-brand one?

strikes me as the kind of thing that it's worth going to a big Mothercare / JL and trying for yourself - whip a footmuff out of the packaging and try it on the demonstration buggy.

good idea might go and try this weekend will let you know the outcome

i have a micralite. i zip off the top part of the muff like previously suggested. i fold it up and wedge it between the bars at the back when the buggy is folded.

hi
i have ordered one and it will come on wednesday so will be trying out then!!

well it came and i tried the acutal micralite footmuff like they said atmicralite and took the top off and it still folds but takes a bit of doing and i dodn;t really want to have to be takingthe footmuff apart every time i want to fold the pushchair
so i went to toys rus and got a fleecy one it still doesn't fold with it on but this is longer so i can unzip it most ofthe way round but leave it attched and pull it on top of the hood and push the hood back to keep it in place and i think that the best that it's gonna get
