Fiat panda and child locks?

Does a fiat panda have child locks? My mum and my sister both have one and where my mum is adamant that hers doesn't have them, my sister is adamant hers does.
My sister has offered me her car and I would love to accept it but I couldn't possibly do so knowing her car doesn't have child locks because DS has a terrible habit of trying to open car doors Sad
I know I can just ask my sister but I've tried and tried and she won't check for me. She just says "yeah it's got them". She doesn't often come to mine and if she did she would use her other car so I can't check myself either. I've looked online and can't find any information there either!

Ours does, 2004 Active model. There's a round thing in the outer of the back doors that you turn with the car key to turn on and off.

I just googled 'Fiant Panda child locks'.

First link: Fiat Forum

First paragraph from first link:
"Decided to set the child locks on the Panda today as madam is getting a bit too inquisitive for her own good. So I dug out the handbook and to enable the child locks simply rotate the plastic disc through 90 degrees and hey presto the child lock is on."

Thanks
I found that forum too but couldn't find anything else about it, nothing official. And like I said, my mum is adamant hers doesn't so I was going to go with the majority.
Would it be a bit weird that some models had them and some didn't? My mums car is an 2007 model. I thought all new ish cars had them? Do you think my mum perhaps just hasn't noticed what it is? I'll have to have a look myself won't i!

It really is small (only slightly larger than the tip of the key) and has no markings to say that's what it's for so it's possible she hasn't noticed it. Literally just under the catch in the end of the door. 2007 model should be the same as ours I'd think.

Mine definitely does 2012... right on the edge of the doors as said above. Mine are red though so maybe more easily spotted.
