Hi to all you mummy's out there!
This is my first time on mumsnet although I do read people threads all the time for advice etc.
I wanted to warn you all about what happened to my 8 month old daughter today when she had her closer to nature soother holder on.
She managed to pull it off and stuck the strap into her mouth and began to suck/chew as all babies do at this age being very curious and teething.
Well she did this for no more than 2/3 mins before she was covered in a black/purple ink type dye all over her mouth and hands that will not come off!! I've tried everything and I'm obviously quite anxious to know if this stuff is toxic?! Well I haven't been able to find anything similar on the web so I've decided to post this on here to warn all other mothers to stay away from this product, and I've lodged a formal complaint with head office who could not confirm what their items are made from. Utterly unacceptable!
Please let me know if anyone's been in a similar situation!!
