Did anyone else order from Cath Kidston online sale and receive terrible service?

I was online the day the sale started, very early in the morning (around 6am). Everything I wanted was in stock and I spent just under £100. Day sale started I think was 28th June, my order arrived on August 1st with only 2 things that I ordered costing £24. I sent an email complaint and heard nothing.

blimey - I have ordered from them in the sale before and they take forever. They don't tell you if an item is really, truly available and I have waited weeks for things.
They are always really helpful on the phone though.

Didn't order anything this time, but did last year and they took ages, sent me the wrong stuff, and were very very stroppy when I told them about it. I think they just don't employ enough people to deal with the volume of sales......

ordered a tablecloth i'd wanted but couldnt afford at full price.
Heard nothing for 2 weeks, then received a mass produced letter telling me my order was out of stock!
Was a bit miffed!

I'm starting to feel a little better, what a crap company it is!
