Gymboree.com - anyone ordered from this site for UK delivery?

Somebody mentioned that Gymboree.com now offer UK deliery, although bizarrely it seems the order would be shipped from the states!

My local shop closed recently and I would love to be able to order online but am not sure if it is worthwhile if the stuff is sent from the US.

Anyone tried ordering? Would love to know how you found it!

Not used them but this is the ninfo about UK shipping:

Orders may take up to 3 business days to process. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the person who placed the order as soon as the order is shipped. Orders shipping to these countries are typically delivered within 15 business days.

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carrier will charge the package recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office. Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping internationally cannot be gift wrapped.

The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount:

Purchase Amount International Delivery
$0 - $50 $10.00
$50.01 - $100 $15.00
$100.01 - $200 $30.00
$200.01 - $300 $40.00
$300.01 - $400 $50.00
$400.01 and over $60.00

Batters how kind of you!!! I just looked at the website - not much is on sale at the moment so I will do the same as you and buy sale things, but will wait until the Pineapple and Daydream lines get marked down I think.

So the kind offer of your voucher I think will expire before I can use it. Thansk a lot for sharing your experience - this has inspired me to have a go! Thanks as well to Hulababy for the extra info on how to go about this!!

yeah it's great, esp as the website has stuff on it that never seems to make it to our local store. We're off to the US in a few weeks so I'm planning on filling my suitcase in new york. There stuff is so good!
