Problem with Jane 360

Hi I've a problem with my Jane Powertrack 360 and was wondering if anyone else has had the same probs with theirs. When I attach the matrix car seat to the chassis it's an absolute nightmare to get it off again. It seems like it gets stuck and takes two people to force the thing off, by which time the poor baby has been jiggled around so much that she's wide awake and extremely cranky. I've looked at the attachments that go on to the chassis and can't see that there's a problem there. Is this just the way it is with these travel systems or is it just mine?

Are you retracting the release catch all the way back?

I have only used one but it was hard to remove if the catch wasn't fully pushed back.

Yeah it is fully pushed back but still it doesn't budge. I contacted johnston prams and they said to check that the adaptors aren't slightly damaged, so I'll have to take them off and have a good look at them.
