has anyone used practicalpushchair website before?

I am looking at ordering a few bits when it comes back in stock for my old kiwi explorer (not ordering a new buggy, dont worry) but havent heard of the site before. they seem reasonably priced for the bit i want.

Yes I bought my E3 from them 2.5 years ago and the service was very good then. I also ordered panniers which took ages to come into stock, lots of to-ing and fro-ing as I recall.

Also, I tried to claim under the warranty for my E3 and never got a response to my e-mail .

A bit of a mixed response really, I know, but on the other hand have had excellent aftersales care from both P&T in NZ and Out 'n' About in the UK too. Also, have you tried ordering through a local stockist? I did that for our doubles kit and raincover and prices were comparable to the internet and there was no shipping! HTH

Also bought my Explorer around 2 years ago ... good, fast service with competive shipping costs.

hmmm, all i really want is the hangbag, but they are going for £30-40 on ebay. i have emialed them and asked when they will be in stock, they said next week but is a big backlog of people waiting.

i saw them misdee, what a bargain. I bought mine for £30

that the RRP poppy, phil&teds website has them in stock but shipping is a fair bit. cobsidered ghetting 3 and sell 2 on ebay but dh says price will drop on ebay when stock comes into the country.

Not used them misdee but the E3 we were given has their sticker on it and the friend who gave it to us said they were good.

I guess that will teach me to be impatient. Your DH has a good poine misdee, prices will go down on ebay soon.
Mind you ebay is weird where phil and teds stuff concerned, people willing to pay over the odds sometimes without shopping around first!
