MrsBadger · 24/08/2006 09:25

I love Google

here
or here or here in ascending order of price.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 24/08/2006 09:25

£11.99

Cherrypie · 24/08/2006 09:26

Blooming marvellous used to do them.
I used to get frustrated with my maclaren tipping back, so I invested in one of the baby dan anti tip buggies (like the Techno, but has an anti tip device built in), & it is fab!

misdee · 24/08/2006 09:31

the vad weighs around 23lb, dd3 weighs about 21lb, so will one set work?

OP posts:
Cherrypie · 24/08/2006 09:34

Might be an idea to order two sets, just to be sure.

FluffyPinkBunny · 03/02/2008 22:44

Hi

If you need buggy Weights for your pushchairs, don't buy expensive weights from Baby stores! Go to either argos or a sport shop and buy Wrist weights for the gym! about 2lb each in weight and only cost £3.96 for a pair in argos! I'm going tomorrow to get mine!!!

These are slighty heavier but are sure to do the same job!

Don't be ripped of by highly price brands!

nappyaddict · 11/11/2008 14:06

Does it matter how heavy the pushchair is? DS weights 31 lb and his buggy weights 15lb so not sure how many weights i need to get.

BexieID · 11/11/2008 14:17

I have some I used on my Micralite, but it still tipped up! I can find out how much they are to post if anyone wants them?

BexieID · 11/11/2008 14:18

Just realised how old this thread is! I'll see how much they will cost to post NA.

nappyaddict · 11/11/2008 14:39

thanks! do you know how heavy they are?

BexieID · 11/11/2008 15:09

1600g Off to work now. They are well used and duck taped up, so it's up to you. They are the tip me not ones.

Fllightthebluetouchpaper · 11/11/2008 15:14

Misdee - I bought some a few months ago for our Triumph. It STILL TIPS and I think they are a bit rubbish

£14 for something that doesn't work.

I can't remember where they came from Babyworld I think?

Fllightthebluetouchpaper · 11/11/2008 15:15

Oops sorry, just noticed thread is old - It didn't hit me that Peter doesn't have a VAD any more!

nappyaddict · 11/11/2008 15:26

do you think these would do?

chipo · 11/11/2008 15:32

I used the ones in the above link and they worked ok and much cheaper too.
