Google Nexus 10 - where to buy from?

I have wanted a Nexus 10 for the past 6 months, but have held out in the hope of a new version. However, I have now decided to buy one. I'm in the UK, and Amazon are selling the 32mb one for £309; Google Play are selling it for £389. They both seem to have Jellybean on them. What's the difference between them?

We bought the one from Amazon for ds and it turned out to be a 'grey import' with instructions in French, only a two pin plug on the charger and the security seal broken
