I am going around incircles with this now... help please!

Can I buy an ISOFIX base, that will let me fix a 0+ group car seat to it, and then when the baby is bigger and wants the next size up car seat, will let me buy a new car seat for that stage but still fix it to the original ISOFIX base? And if so, which one/s are recommended?

TIA

Second stage (9kg +) ones don't need the same base apparently.

All the smallest ISOFIX seats use a base from what I can gather, but the next stage up do not need the base. The fittings are built into the actual chair itself.

Aha!

Thanks very much, we have been to three different places and couldn't make head nor tail of any of it!!
