Soft soled shoes for chubby feet

Hello,

I am looking for first shoes for my currently five-month-old, who has pretty large and very chubby feet. We needed to move to the size 6-12 Sock-Ons already a month ago.

I have seen Daisy Roots, Robeez and other (much cheaper) makers recommended here, e.g. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tula2shoes-NEW-LUXURY-SOFT-LEATHER-BABY-GIRLS-BOYS-SHOES-0-6-6-12-12-18-18-24-M-/321115024588

Has anyone with chubby-footed babies found a difference in how these brands fit in terms of comfort and staying power?

Thanks in advance!

A child that age certainly won't be walking so doesn't need shoes.

I'd just stick with the socks, no shoes needed at that age

Thanks for the input. I should have specified that I am looking for shoes in order to keep his feet warm while e.g. dangling from his baby carrier. He doesn't like being in the pram so one of those sleep sack type solutions would not work for us.
