Well, I didn't know until yesterday, when my best friend told me the 'meals' were avaliable from M&S.
Don't get me wrong - I'm the first one to condemn ready meals, but when there's four in your house, four who insist on eating different things, a ready meal is a lifesaver.
I think, from what I've gleaned, it's a combination of an ordinary oven, microwave, and grill. You scan the (special, smart oven) bar code in to it and it does the rest.
Once I've knitted dd2's spaghetti and fried dd1's 'lice', it seems like a perfect solution to a H that won't eat what I eat (pasta, because it's foreign) and stuff that he will eat (M&S pies, for example).
I just wondered if we could get one and ditch our microwave, or if they absolutely had to be used with those barcodes.
