E3 Kiwi-Dad [Rodney] - have you used him?

There has been so many messages over the last month or so, and I know many of you have ordered your E3 from Rodney ............ can anyone tell me if this was a good / bad experience.

How long did it take to arrive?

Did you get a warranty?

Any problems with the buggy so far?

I pushed one for the first time and am hooked!

I used him to get the now old and absolutely obsolete Kiwi Explorer (drat, drat and double drat) about a year ago and both he and his father were great. His Dad runs Winkalotts in NZ, although he's based in California I think. There was a small problem with the front wheel and they sent us a part as soon as we emailed them.

He did say he would write GIFT in huge letters all over the package the buggy came in so that we wouldn't have to pay the 17.5% VAT but must have forgotten - we were lumbered with £72 to pay at the post office which held up the delivery by several days. Make sure you get him to do the GIFT thing!
