ds : my kids want to "connect"theirs.how do i do it?please keep it simple!

They've had them since May and I've been promising to "connect" them for ages. How can they all play the same game at the same time etc?Please keep instructions simple. I'm a bit thick when it comes to new technology!!!

I've only tried when you download a game, that is that you are only using one game cartidge that you download onto the other one.

For the DS that has the game, you start the game up and it should have an option for "multiplayer game"

The other DS needs to touch where it says "DS download Play" and follow the instructions. Takes a couple of minutes but it is quite straightforward..

Hope that helps, if you need more help, i can always get mine out and see if can muddle through it together!

Thankyou.Not sure if you understood me though. I meant that the kids have seen numerous other people playing the same game against each other-but sitting well away from each other...even in different rooms. do you get me?
in other words, apparently,say for instance my daughter went to her nanna's for the day, she could "tune in" to her brother and sister at home and still play against them.???

you need to be within 10m of another nintendo DS. they have wifi on them to connect them up otherwise its as tweetyfish says and u go to download play.

if you want to connect to the world, you need a WIFI connection olugged into your internet connection. You can play one from GAME or similar

you need one of these if your DD wanted to tune into her brother while at her nan's, Nan would need one too. The children would need their 'friend's code'

right, have just looked at that again. I brought one for my son when we had wired internet. I now have wireless, so might not need it anymore, if so, would you like to buy mine??
