Perfectly Happy People is good fun for useless baby gadgetry.
Spirit of Nature for organic things.
Baker Ross for arty stuff.

letterbox
great little trading company
hawkins bazaar (for stocking fillers and party presents)
la redoute (get the catalogue but dont order anything for a few weeks then they send you £10 off any order any size voucher. Buy an outfit for ds for £10 totally free!)

Studio stuff is universally rubbish! breaks easily, is incomplete and almost always more expensive than Argos, even their supposedly half price stuff. DD has been given loads of presents from there that are rubbish and even unsafe. Plus their customer service sucks!
