WHICH DOUBLE BUGGY?

Hi all, am expecting ds4 in November. ds3 will be 20 months old. He is 16 months old now, and still not walking, so I know I will need a double buggy.
Problem is I don't know which one.
I walk alot and also use public transport alot.
It needs to be light and not too bulky. I would like some sort of shopping basket, but it doesn't have to be enourmous, and don't want to spend too much, dh will kill me!
I am quite liking the Cossatto duet lite
Does anyone have any views on this buggy?

I have bought an out n about instep nipper as my DS will be 21 months when DS2 is born next month.
I've only practised with it so far, but it is incredibly light, I think the narrowest side by side buggy on the market and has bags at the back for shopping which you don't get with alot of them. Also with it being a side by side you can recline both seats which I don't think is possible with tandems.
I bought mine second hand on ebay but was v. lucky as it is pristine.
