"Swaddle me fleece"

Hi,
I have just ordered two of these from the baby catalogue. It says they are made in micro fibre fleece. I was wondering if anyone else had used them and how you go about working out babies layers (temperature etc) when using them? Also, did you find them good and could you use them all year round?

I used this for my dd till she was about 4 months I think. She was a winter baby, so I wasn't worried about her overheating. It's so hot now, that I would keep what your baby is wearing to a minumum under the swaddle. It really is excellent though, definately one of my favourite baby products.

I personally would';t use one when it's as hot as it had been the past couple of weeks.
well, depending on where you live I suppose. If it's very hot you can swaddle in a cotton sheet

Thanks for the replies. I live in the north west of scotland so I think I could use it with a vest on underneath even in the hottest of weather.
