Adult size 3. Smallish 3 tbh. Yes, very ickle feet. And shaped like flippers - narrow at the ankle, broad across the foot. And flat.

You might be able to order some online in the states - so would be a 'youth' size 5ish. Probably says the US sizing on a pair of trainers you already have.
