Looking at buying a new car seat from them and wondered what delivery and reliability is like, as its the only place that has what we want in stock. I just feel funny buying a car seat this way , but its seems to be delivery for next wk , wereas everyone else it looks like a 2-4week lead time.

kiddicare are good and very7 fast. they also text you when order is dispatched. have you checked the fit for the car seat with your car at another store or online?

lexiemum · 21/07/2006 21:55

had quite a few things from kiddicare - great service and delivery.

MamaG · 21/07/2006 21:56

I have. They were very quick at delivery BUT my product broke (a puschair) 8 weeks after I bought it and I had a real nightmare getting a refund, although i did get one in the end.

hester · 21/07/2006 21:56

I've always found them excellent.

BettySpaghetti · 21/07/2006 21:57

Very quick delivery, good communication. I would use them again too

We've bought a few things from them, very quick delivery, no problems.

I think 90% of the big items I bought for the kids have come fromKiddiecare.

Excellent service and super dooper fast delivery.

I got my car seat from Kiddicare. Same reasons as you. Very quick, ring you, lots of emails. Have bought a few things since, have been very quick and efficient every time.

melsy · 21/07/2006 22:25

Ahhh good to know, Ive found it cheaper on unknown websites , but worry about customer service , refunds etc.

Weve already been to another shop to see if it fits in the car and it was fine. Now I have to make a quick decision about getting it , cant make any !! OnLy have 3 wks to go. Its the bebe confort creatis one.

For what its worth, I had a Bebe Confort Isis car seat and it was fantastic. I've been using it for 7 years now (with both children) and can't recommend Bebe Confort enough.

MamaG · 22/07/2006 11:13

Meant to add - Bebe Confort car seats are extremely well made and so I wouldn't worry too much about refunds etc, doubtful it would break.

I bought a new car seat from them recently for DS2 (britax molded type one, suitable 9mths to 6yrs), and got it the next day, Was stunned at how quick.

One of my best friends buys everything form there for her twins as she gets a discount, and has always commented on the speed and the responses too when there has been a problem. She was the one in fact that pointed me in the direction...

I bought two car seats from Kiddicare and they price matched the cheaper website that I found. They also arrived next day.Once the delivery man phoned me up and said I am outside your house, can I leave it somewhere safe, I was very pleased about that!

SoupDragon · 22/07/2006 14:26

Great service. Replaced the baby rocker chair that arrived damaged with no haddel at all.

flutterbee · 22/07/2006 14:32

I have used them a few times and their delivery has always been very very quick and communication when ordering was brilliant, however I used to work for a company that sold through Kiddiecare and we used to get a lot of customers complaining that Kiddiecare wouldn't refund and kept telling them to contact the manufacturer.

poppy101 · 22/07/2006 15:00

I have in fact had a travel system, 2 Britax car seats and have found them to be really quick and price matched my travel system as well.

No problems with any of the car seats, we had one with the travel system, one for larger baby from Britax and ordered one for my parents through Kiddicare.

I did check before hand on all items in the shops but found them to be cheaper and price matched and far more reliable at delivery. Would use again.

littleducks · 22/07/2006 16:52

Had a cot from there delivered in three days!great value and when the delivery driver came he said it was a good company as he had delivered lots of items to happy customers ( he was from a courier company not a kiddicare employee!)

fattiemumma · 22/07/2006 16:58
