Hi,

Friend of mine has a two year old who's taken to climbing onto first floor window sills! Does anyone know of a product that stops windows opening fully, before she does some serious damage!?

Window locks - you can get them from B&Q. Fit them on the handle on whatever degree of openness you ant and it locks the handle in place.
