Kiddicare are driving me mad. A few weeks ago the wheel fell off my stroller. I contacted Kiddicare and the manufacturer directly but Kiddicare quickly offered to collect the buggy and assess it. So far so good and I told manufacturer that Kiddicare weregojb to deal with it.
After the assessment the service department rang me and said that the wheels were faulty but that they'd mended it AND ordered new wheels. They totally messed up re delivery of the buggy but still...I was still pretty impressed and did get it back.
However the buggy feels really unsafe and 3. weeks later no wheels. I have e mailed and r mailed to no avail. Now they want it back again to examine it again but what's the point FFS if new wheels are supposedly on their way.
I am beyond frustrated and completely fed up with having a buggy that'd unsafe and unusable. I've asked that someone senior ring me but no one has. Have asked for name and address of someone senior but no reply. So desperate am nor threatening Watchdog but nada.
Anyone got any kind of contract details etc?!
PS I've tried the manufacturer again but now they're not answering either. Aaagghhh!!!!!
