Locks for the loo seat

Does any one know if these exist? If so where on earth do I find one?
Fed up of having to fish things out of the loo which my ds throws in there.

I think you can get them in safety packs from places like Mothercare, Boots etc. We got ours free cos we live in a Surestart area - but it was in a basic pack with socket covers, door stops, cupboadr locks etc

I got a safety pack from woolies last yr with socket covers, table corner and door gaurds and a fridge lock, but nothing for the loo.
We have surestart here, but i'm not in the postcode area, guess i could ask them though.
