(I have put Lakeland in caps so the fishface would see it and come running)

supposed to make them last for longer without sprouting

My mum did = crap.

WigWamBam · 11/07/2006 13:47

I had one. It was useless and is currently languishing in a landfill somewhere.

ooh, I have and have found it quite good - well they sprout a lot later than they did out of the bag

I have the Betterware version and find it is great.

BettySpaghetti · 11/07/2006 14:01

Is the Betterware ona a bag too?

I find our potatoes sprout no matter what you do with them -ours are in a big terracotta jar in a cupboard (can't get much darker than that!) but still sprout

SaintGeorge · 11/07/2006 14:07

Betterware ones

Veg & potato bags the same product, just different wording! Heavy cotton outside, aerated blackout fabric inside. Zip on bottom so you can get a few potatoes out without undoing drawstring.

I would never have room in my fridge.

Potato bag didn't cost me anything - I sell Betterware and get freebies but I don't buy it

oo - you can always buy direct from the Betterware site. P&P is £3.95 for orders under £30, free if over. Or if it is something light/small enough to post for less than that, you can get stuff through me.

Yep ... I use it to store the chidren's Brio Builder ... I think that says it all!!
