Plain coloured t-shirts - where from?

Am looking for cheap-ish plain, coloured t-shirts, but I can only find white ones. The need to be plain as I want to paint them, but I don't really want to buy in bulk from a specialist supplier. I just want four reasonably priced t-shirts without logos/pictures/flaming skull heads!
Does anyone know where I can get them?

Of course, Fruit of the Loom, forgot about them. And online would save me the bother of hiking round a high street.
Thanks for your offer, Twiglett, but I need ages 4-5 and 5-6. I did try Tesco, and Asda, but my nearest branches only had white.
