what size/ weight does Pampers pull ups starts from?

Hmm, I think it might be size 4 - ds3 wears them and he's 22 months.

it depends ion their weight.... my 4 year old chatge can still wear size 4 (maxi) and she's 4 years old!

Yes, my 3.5 yr old was in 4 up until about 5 months ago when we ditched them altogether. Ds1 was in them at night till his 4th birthday and he was in size 4 too!

I use size 5 for my dd who is 29lbs (2.8years) - they are a better fit than the size 4 even though size 4 covers her weight band. Size 5 is from 26-40lbs.
