Ikea blackout blinds

saw these yesterday and want to get some for dds bedroom. Trouble is they only come in white and black. Does anyone know if you can dye them?
They are a weird material, sort of waterproof in feel any ideas anyone?!

I bought some last year and they were terrible - wouldn't wind up properly so kept getting creased and wonky. We ended up having to get some better quality ones made to measure. I usually like Ikea stuff but these were a complete waste of money.

Thanks. have the same ones in our bathroom and they look a bit shite!! But thought if I could dye them pink they would look nicer and then could dress the windows with some voile panels!! Want a really girly look!

We got one for DSs room from B&Q and it's great. Loads of colours too.
