Ordered about £600 pounds worth of stuff for baby last night on mothercare. Checked order status today and it said fraud cancelled. I have emailed and asked why. They have said something has flagged on my account as I used partners credit card. They have requested for me to send a utility bill to prove billing address which will take upto 3 working days to be processed and then will have to order all the items again. I have emailed complaining and so has the bf. nothing stated when we was ordering goods that this would flag up.
Does anyone recommend another good site to order nursery furniture? I thought I was playing it safe with mothercare!!
