Powder paint

I want to colour some play sand for a craft and someone suggested powder paint's the way to go.

Any ideas where I can find powder paint?

I'll need to go and figure out how much sand is 350g...

I often use them, it's a good site. That tub of sand is about the same as a small tub of kitchen salt I think, you know the tall thin ones?

Think we'll need rather a lot, so may have to buy big pags of play sand and colour our own.

Anyone used powder paint recently? Not having much success sourcing any.
