Magic sand

Highlight for dds of the whole week - for being so good - was to buy this stuff today. Anyone else got it? Is it a totally crap product, or am I a totally crap mother?
linzoid · 20/02/2004 15:36
We have it, ds loved it but i am reluctant to get it out of the cupboard as he made such a mess last time!
carla · 20/02/2004 15:49
thanks linzoid, but didn't you find it impossible to squeeze that thingy so it covered the turtle? All our sand keeps ending up floating on the surface of the water (and then it takes ages to collect with the super scooper), not where it's supposed to be. What am I doing wrong? DDs so disappointed

DD's got magic sand from Santa and used it once - I thought it was useless but probably because I couldn't find anything big enough to fit the castle in - bad mother.
They haven't asked to play with it again, in fact step DD hasn't even opened hers yet. Too interested in preparing their dances for when they become pop stars

Yep, it is crap, made my dds skin itch. Luckily they tried it at a friends house, so have never bought it, and wont.
