Slings/carriers for breastfeeding

Anyone got any reccomendations on good slings/carriers for feeding? Quite tempted by the ergo as I would like to use it for a long time but wondered if the newborn insert thingy works well? Or would I be better off getting something else for the first few months?

I'd go for a ring sling to start with as it's easily adjustable and good for breastfeeding.
