3 days down and no fags, tempted a couple of times but not had one yet.

Yeah, this was my third attempt attempt this month. I keep attempting and then buying some tobacco. I don't even think it's the nicotine I want.

DP is happily puffing on a menthol and chocolate mix. Like mint choc.
4 to 6 weeks without the normal fags and he says the urge for a 'normal' has gone.

Yes Maca I want to quit completely eventually. I still worry about vaping and safety tbh but its got to be better than all that tar.

Only prob is there is no natural stop point. I seem to be doing a lot more vaping than i did smoking.

I have bought the goods but have t started yet!

More so the first day than today. Not so many urges for real fags now.

They do hurt the back of my throat but have found it better if you hold it in your mouth before inhaling.

Cola and bubblegum turned up this afternoon

I'm vaping lime tonight. Feels a bit like vaping loo cleaner but it's ok.

Havent done cola yet but bubblegum i'd give it 7/10, banana 8/10, apple pie 9/10

I have been vaping since 4th Feb and as I was on 20-25 fags a day, I have saved about 2 grand. Food for thought for those of you tempted to go back to fags...
